Once you’ve found an available listing you like click the link to TP in world.  Once there, you will locate a tablet on the wall, near the door.  Pay the tablet and enjoy your stay!  Depending on what is offered at the rental, you may receive a group invite for rezzing, you may be granted access for security.  If those are features you like, be sure to confirm if that is offered on the listing page.
